The highlighted range was printed but, for unknown reasons, not released.
No Philadelphia notes from the last 16,000 serials are known, so it is not clear where the late-finished Hardt-Passmore group ends--it may extend all the way to the end of the printing
The San Francisco notes are found with two different plate dates, either May 18, 1914 or May 20, 1914. The former is an error.
Due to the very small numbers of star notes printed for some districts, it is likely that some signature combinations had no stars printed at all; but no detailed information is available as to which signatures were and were not used on star notes.
